We want you to love your Loop earplugs. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer 100-day hassle-free returns.

100-day returns

You may return your order within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items should be returned in reusable condition. For hygiene reasons, please contact us before returning used ear tips.

2-year warranty

Every pair is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a fault, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

How to start a return

1. Email support@loopearplugs-shop.top with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions.
3. Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
